Training Day Two Hundred Ninety Eight

I've got some personal projects going on at the moment, and today has been spent trying to take care of this. This has meant polishing up prototypes and preparing a good presentation. In addition to this, we are also celebrating my girlfriend's birthday with the family on this upcoming Saturday. Hence, we've been grocery shopping and making sure we got all the booze we need. Should be an awesome Saturday!

# Workout Notes:
Today, my girlfriend tagged along for a workout. It wasn't that we each did our own thing, quite the opposite, she did exactly the same workout as me. This is the first time that we've actually done a workout together, and the experience was definitely a positive one. She pushed me real hard, and I struggled to keep myself up during the last couple of sets. It was an awesome workout, and we might even make the quad workouts a regular team event!
