Training Day Four Hundred Fifty Three

Tomorrow means Fitnessfestivalen 2013 and today we reached Gothenburg where it will be held. However, before we get our chance to head into the expo, we took a detour into Exhale Hardcore Gym. This gym is the place where I had the good fortune of celebrating my 30th birthday last year, and it's almost tradition already to get a workout done before heading into Fitnessfestivalen. Oh, and as if that's not enough, two interviews were recorded during my stay. They will of course be included in the upcoming Bringing Awesome Back Goes Radio reportage. Stay tuned!

Had myself an awesome workout today, mainly due to one thing; the fact that I'm starting to shake my current cold off. The machines at Exhale Gym are great and I could truly feel the muscles working. Now, time to head to bed and prepare for an awesome day at Fitnessfestivalen 2013.
