Training Day Four Hundred Forty Eight

Car troubles... is there anything more annoying than that? Today we had plenty of it, and I'm rather tired of spending time in that heap of metal junk! Quite honestly, from the second that you go through with the purchase of a car it's the start of a never-ending sadistic love-hate-relationship. Oh well, that's enough complaining for one night, here's today's training entry!

# Workout Notes:
Not that good of a workout. In fact, I wasn't even planning on having my workout today. Due to various circumstances, things had to be rescheduled, and to cut a long story short, the workout was executed in the early afternoon. I performed pretty much at the exact same level as the previous hamstrings and triceps session. I guess that's alright...
