Training Day Four Hundred Forty Five

It's been a productive day today, on many levels. I've had work done on the car, attended meetings, spent time grocery shopping - all that stuff. Adding to that, I've also received the latest issue of BODY Magazine where I'm sharing my input on intensity increasing techniques at the gym (click here). It's a great honor for me to be part of the magazine and the article within it. For those of you who keep up with the blog, you know that the magazine has been a huge inspiration for me during my journey. I'm proud that I can give a little back!

# Workout Notes:
I wasn't really in the mood during today's workout, and that's putting it mildly. I was irritated, agitated, tired, and completely off my game. It felt like an emotional roller coaster as I tried to push through it all. After the last few sets of leg presses I was floored... literally! It's time to lick the wounds and realize that this battle was simply endured, not won...
