Training Day Four Hundred Thirty Seven

It's been a really long day today, and basically it's been all about studying. Unfortunately deadlines are getting closer and things need to be finalized. Adding to that, we had to carry out a few hours of regular work. This meant optimizing things in order to make sure that we'd at least have time to relax tonight. Main reason? This was actually a moderate cheat day.

Bearded man on TV says he wants YOU to keep Bringing Awesome Back!

# Workout Notes:
Had some extra calories today due to it being cheat day. It wasn't really anything fancy, so the performance wasn't really that fancy either. However, it feels good kicking back for an hour two now. You have to appreciate the little things when the world turns hectic around you!
