Training Day Four Hundred Forty Six

Yesterday we were dog sitters, taking care of a cute little French Bulldog by the name of Gizmo. Today, Gizmo went back home and we're missing the little fellow. The morning started with a walk, where my girlfriend and I took him around the neighborhood. Due to that I didn't time the walk and it ended up a bit shorter than planned. Rest of the day was a relaxed one and I'm planning on keeping it that way!

# Workout Notes:
Awesome workout, but then again, after a cheat day that's exactly what you'd expect. I was pumped prior to this workout and I was having that walking-on-clouds-feeling as I entered the gym. Sometimes you feel unstoppable and this was one of those times.
