Training Day Four Hundred Forty

Tonight my girlfriend and I will celebrate the fact that we're more than just girlfriend and boyfriend, in fact, we're now engaged. In the name of love and all that is holy, tonight we've invited the family for dinner and a good time. I'm thoroughly looking forward to this, but first, today's training entry!

Leg Press pic taken at the gym while my girlfriend went for a sleigh ride!

# Workout Notes:
I decided to try out some new stuff on the legs department today. I am prohibited, by my chiropractor, from doing anything that puts major pressure on my spine. Hence, Squats or the Hacklift Machine is out for the question. The leg press is pretty much out as well, but I figured that a high volume with moderate weights would work. For the first time I tried doing 40 reps, which was quite the experience. In the seat everything felt fine, but as soon as I got out of the machine my legs were having trouble carrying me. I guess that everything is in order!
