Training Day Four Hundred Fifty Two

It's been a long day and the days seem to only get longer. However, it's not without a light at the end of the tunnel. It's now just a few more days until we leave home and head for Gothenburg and Fitnessfestivalen 2013. To all of you guys who keep reading the blog, I'm once again reminding you to have a shot a getting hold of the limited t-shirt (only 5 printed) that I'll be handing out to the first one who asks for it. Two have already been handed out to BODY Magazine's Editor-in-Chief Alex Danielsson, as well as Swedish female bodybuilder Eva Lagerhorn Blom. Only one other will be handed out, and you could be the one who gets it by simply being the first one asking for it at Fitnessfestivalen 2013. Good luck!

# Workout Notes:
Good session even though I wasn't really planning on it. I've been cutting down on the calories lately, and I figured that I'd notice that during today's workout. However, I was pleasantly surprised when I surpassed my expectations on the first exercise. Things are going pretty good I guess!
