Training Day Four Hundred Forty Three

There's a lot of article reading going on right now and I'm finding it real interesting. The viewpoints and the theories concerning applied sport psychology have a lot of good strategies that address various behaviors found within competitive sports. The lessons learned can of course be applied outside the realm of sports, which makes things even more interesting. In any case, time to go into today's training entry!

Triceps pose at home prior to my workout.

# Workout Notes:
Oh yeah, heavy Erik, or Erik version 2.0 does it again. The extra weight and calories from the cheat day yields yet another awesome performance at the gym. Now I only have to be happy with the fact that I'm a bit rounder than I'd like to be... Done!
