Training Day Four Hundred Fifty

Today has been a long and exhausting day due to various errands that have required physical activity. Adding to that, I'm still having a bit of a cold and a slightly sore throat. Hence, today's workout was all about getting some blood flowing as well as feeling good about myself - in other words, recovery.

Walking Lunges at the gym!

# Walking Lunges

# Cable Crunches Seated On Bench

# Workout Notes:
Not much to say about this workout. I did a few exercises that got the blood flowing and that left me with a bit of a pump. I didn't push my limits, nor did I try to perform at a high level. As I said in the beginning of this training entry, basically it was nothing but recovery. Trying to push myself would only set me back...
