Training Day Five Hundred Thirty Two

I'm taking care of a lot of business this weekend. One of them that may be of concern for you guys is that I've recorded yet another interview for Bringing Awesome Back Goes Radio - before the next episode has even arrived! I won't be revealing who the guest is just yet. I feel that it's important that I focus on one guy at a time and the story behind his journey. In any case, here's today's training entry!

# Workout Notes:
Pretty decent session for my back as far as the lower portion and the lats were concerned. However, the midsection just didn't get targeted. I tried fiddling around with the weights, adjusting them to hit the spot, but this was just one of those workouts that started out wrong and couldn't be fixed no matter what.
