Training Day Two Hundred Four

At this point it's 1.30 in the morning and I've just been driving home from Fitnessfestivalen 2012 on a snowy road. But, before getting to slide down into my own bed I took a detour to the gym for a chest and biceps workout. Needless to say I'm tired and at loss for words. So, here's the workout!

The workout was pretty good considering the time was past midnight and I had just been driving for two hours on a snow covered road, trying to keep my car from not driving into the ditch. I think I'll just leave it at that...
