Training Day Three Hundred Eighty One

Yesterday's cheat day was absolutely wonderful. We had that amazing time that we need in order to go through with all the work and obligations that you often find yourself having to take care of. Today, my girlfriend is working, and so am I, although, this time I'm not at the retirement home - I'm working with the disabled kids. Therefore, we both had to get our workouts out of the way prior to going to work. Here's the training entry for the day!

# Workout Notes:
I had myself a pretty solid workout this afternoon. I was a bit worried that I'd have a setback on the dips now that I'm heavier than usual. But, much to my liking, things felt stronger than ever. Awesome!
