Training Day Three Hundred Eighty Three

Tomorrow marks the date for a new release of Bringing Awesome Back Goes Radio. This is the 6th episode and it'll feature none other than the second half of BODY Radio, Andreas Guiance. As you guys might remember, the other half was the first guest on my first show (click here for the episode). Tomorrow's episode will be one of monster proportion and it'll feature a lot of different things within bodybuilding and fitness, as well as the personal life of Andreas. # Workout Notes:
I had myself a real awesome workout this afternoon. The second exercise, Hack Squat Machine, took a lot of energy and I was almost deaf after I was done. I could feel the throat swelling and the hearing fading as I started to go through the final set of the exercise. Luckily, I had some spotting in case my lower back would give up in the middle of it all. Unfortunately, the reps were not at full ROM. Nevertheless, decent performance in an awesome workout!
