Training Day Three Hundred Eighty Six

It's been a full week with lots of stuff going on and it feels good to finally put in the last ounce of effort before going into a few days of rest. Actually, I'll still be working a few hours, but it's nothing major. This upcoming Thursday I'll even get to visit an old friend of mine after having postponed it about a million times due to work. Feels great to finally get a chance and meet up. See you on Thursday Jan-Erik!

Triceps pic taken this morning after breakfast (of me, not the pig in the background!).

# Workout Notes:
Today's workout was actually pretty awesome. The only real issue was that my stomach started acting up a bit, having me feel slightly bloated. Visually, I couldn't care less, but it did make me feel a bit nauseous when lying down on my stomach during the Lying Leg Curl exercise. What didn't make me feel nauseous, however, was the fact that I managed 4 reps on 30 kilos weighted dips. Hopefully I'll hit the 5 rep mark on the next triceps session. Good stuff!
