Training Day Three Hundred Seventy Eight

Tomorrow I'm recording a new episode of Bringing Awesome Back Goes Radio. That has meant that this day was spent preparing for the interview. Well, there's of course been a ton of other stuff going on as well, but that's where the main focus has been. This evening, the workout was carried out in Ängelholm due to my girlfriend meeting up with a couple of friends there. She asked me if I wanted to tag along and do my workout at the same time, and I thought that it could be fun with a change of scenery.

Quads pic taken this afternoon prior to workout.

# Workout Notes:
This workout was easy to rate... crap! I was feeling bad as I started to head to Ängelholm, and the feeling got worse as I entered the gym. I felt tired, ill, nauseous and completely off my game. Doing any kind of heavy training was out of the question, hence, I settled with some light Leg Extensions as well as a few sets on the Ab Crunch Machine. Live to fight another day!
