Training Day Three Hundred Seventy Nine

It's been a pretty productive day today. Yesterday, I was feeling real bad. The workout went completely down the drain and I was even getting nauseous at one point. This morning, as usual, I had to get to work, and it started with a bad feeling. My stomach wasn't really agreeing with me and I had to go to the bathroom a couple of times. My legs were pretty tired during work and I was feeling slightly drained as I came home in the afternoon. However, at that point, things started to look slightly better as I called up the upcoming guest in my very own podcast Bringing Awesome Back Goes Radio. After that, things got even better as I had a chest and biceps workout ahead of me. Here's the training entry for today!

# Workout Notes:
I'd say the workout for the evening was pretty damn good. Sure, I had hoped that I'd do 5 reps on my own on the last set of Bench Press. But, considering the increases I did on the rest of the exercises, I'm pretty happy with how things turned out!
