Training Day One Hundred Thirty Four

It's been a pretty packed day. Started my morning walk at 6 before I had to drive to Halmstad for lectures. Once I got home I went through the whole apartment with the vacuum cleaner, did some additional cleaning, and got rid of an old TV. Straight after that I headed towards the gym for a workout, after which I had to work evening for a few hours.

# Workout Notes:
The workout was pretty decent. The chest portion was especially good since I was able to target the muscle properly. The biceps portion of the workout was decent as well, but I did slack off a bit on the last couple of sets on Dumbbell Concentration Curl.
