Training Day One Hundred Thirty Six

Spent most of this day dealing with University related issues. My girlfriend had to work evening, so I dropped her off at work before heading off to the gym for a hamstrings and triceps workout.

# Workout Notes:
Today's workout was pretty good. Had the opportunity to get some spotting during both Lying Leg Curl as well as Close Grip Bench Press (on the last sets on both exercises). Due to that I was able to push myself a bit further than usual without having to go into drop sets.
