Training Day One Hundred Thirty Three

Had a rather rude morning as things suddenly got hectic. My girlfriend called me during my morning walk and needed a ride to work (as I needed the car during the day). Hence I had to hurry home and get ready to drive her to work. I took a sesame candy sheet and an energy drink before driving her off. Once I got home, I ate breakfast, then it was time to head off to the gym for my quads and abs workout.

# Workout Notes:
I've had a little bit of back issues lately, so I had my weightlifting belt on while doing the squats today. That very fact - in combination with having rather recently eating breakfast (and drinking quite a bit of water) - had me almost puking during the Barbell Front Squats. It wasn't something that affected my workout too much, but, it did put me off a bit. The upcoming exercise and the abs workout went rather smooth though.
